Operational Changes & Safety Measures
As we continue to monitor the evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have been adjusting our operations to support national, state, and local public health guidance. To date, we have taken several measures to comply with the Georgia State's Governor Shelter-in-Place and State of Emergency order for your safety and the safety of our associates, including:
- All in-person services will resume services effective 4/13/2020 11:59 pm. Clients are required to wear a mask to be serviced. Upon entering our studio, we ask all customers/clients to sanitize their hands. Hand sanitizer is available by the register. No extra guest will be allowed to enter.
- Our retail store in-person services will resume as normal. Please place all pick-up orders online, a confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. If you would like to pick up your order on a specific day or time, be sure to include your pick time/day in the notes section before checking out. Please allow at least one hour for your order to be prepared. We ask that all customers remain in their vehicles. A customer service rep will communicate when to enter the facility or bring your order to you.
- Our Online Store/warehouse will continue to operate fully. All orders will ship as normal. Our employees have been trained and updated on all protocols to ensure cleanliness and safety.
The health and wellness of our community is our first priority. We are vigilantly monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and taking proactive steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your upcoming appointments, in-store purchases, online purchases, and deliveries.
