All customers must wear a mask to be serviced. If you do not have a personal mask, you may purchase one before your appointment for $2. We ask that you wash your hands upon entry.


To better serve you we have made changes to our booking policy. We have also made small adjustments to our pricing to accommodate the extra precautions we must take to ensure safety during the ongoing pandemic. Please be sure to to read below before booking.

Booking policy:

We strive to serve you with care and promptly. To help do so, please read our appointment policies before booking.

  • All appointments require a $40 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to services rendered.
  • To maintain our schedule with fairness, one reschedule permitted per deposit. However, any appointment rescheduled less than 24 hours of your start time automatically forfeits your deposit. Excessive reschedules, and last-minute cancels will result in refusal to service and is solely at the owners discretion.
  • To ensure we service clients on time, we ask that you arrive at your appointment on time. There is a $20 late fee when arriving 10 mins past your start time unless it is our fault in which we will credit you $20. (This does NOT apply to late start times due to servicing another client). We will try our best to accommodate you when tardy. However, please understand that we will only be able to serve you for the duration of your scheduled session and will not go over your scheduled time.
  • Anything after 20 minutes may result in automatically canceling your appointment. 
  • We do not accept outside work.
  • Lash Baths are required for all makeup wearers at the time of their appointment. No exceptions. A Lash Bath costs $20 when booked in advance and $30 when added during your session. Clean lashes are a must, ladies! I highly recommend purchasing our lash cleaning kit. Our Primp Poo! can be purchased in-store or via our website. (Order Here)
  • Maintenance is required to ensure healthy lashes and excellent retention. You MUST schedule a touchup within 28 days. Anything after this time is a new set. No exceptions!
  • NO CALL/NO SHOW: We will go above and beyond to respect your time; therefore, we ask that you do the same. Appointments resulting in no call/show will be charged the remaining balance to the card on file. If we cannot collect the remaining balance from the card on file. Lash Primp will suspend your online booking until the balance is satisfied.
  • Please, NO extra guests or kids.

    We do not accept card payments for beauty services at our location. Cash Only.

    NO CASH APP, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, VENMO, PAY PAL, etc. will be accepted.

    PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Your confirmation email is sent immediately after booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email immediately after booking, please email us at the email address stated below. You will also receive a courtesy reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
