SHIPPING & RETURNS
ALL Orders received after 4 pm Eastern Time require +1 day to process. Orders received on Friday after 5 pm may not process until the following business day, Monday.
RETURNED PACKAGES: If a customer's package is returned to Lash Primp for any reason, Lash Primp will send a new invoice for the cost of reshipping the package. If the customer does not pay the new invoice within seven days, Lash Primp will refund the order minus shipping charges and notify the customer of the returned package. The customer may reorder the order if they would like at that time.
Lash Primp LLC works effortlessly to make sure your orders reach safely and quickly. Local deliveries are carried by third-party delivery companies such as UPS and USPS who ensure the best service possible.
Rates are based on your customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.
It usually takes 1- 2 days (Mon - Fri) to process your order and Our Order cut-off time: 4 PM EST
Any order placed after 4:00 PM EST shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, and date of order.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Understand that all delays are beyond our control once the order is provided to the shipping service selected.
MISSING PACKAGE: All missing packages must be reported to Lash Primp within three days of receiving your order.
Missing packages must be reported within three days of the package being confirmed delivered by the shipping service. If the package is not reported within three days, Lash Primp will not be able to assist in any way.
Lash Primp does not refund missing packages. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address and be available to receive their package. If a customer continues to abuse the shipping policy by reporting missing packages, Lash Primp reserves the right to cancel the customer's account without notice.
WRONG ADDRESS: If a customer reports that a package was shipped to the wrong address and Lash Primp has already shipped the package to the address the customer provided, Lash Primp will not reship the package. Customers are encouraged to go to the address that was provided and retrieve the package.
