Refund policy

Standard Returns & Refunds:


1. Returns & Refunds - Lash Supplies

Due to the sensitivity of sanitation, Lash Primp Supply Store does not offer returns on our merchandise. We will accept exchanges of unopened items that are not liquid within seven (7) days of purchase if they are defective or damaged. In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted as store credit (if applicable). They will be solely at the discretion of Lash Primp Supply Store LLC and the customer service representative handling your case.

Lash Trays  - Lash Trays are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to exchange the item. The Item must be unopened and show no sign of being tampered with. If the item/s you want to exchange is no longer available, we will happily provide a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds due to an item being out of stock.

Lash Glue/Adhesives - Defective or damaged lash glues/adhesives are eligible for replacement within 7 days of purchase. If you find that one of the adhesives does not work for you, we will happily replace the item with another Lash Glue/Adhesive. The customer must contact our customer care with their concerns within 7 days of purchase via phone or email. If we cannot come to a resolution for a replacement adhesive of your choice, a store credit will be provided instead. We do not offer cash refunds

Apparel - All sales are final. If the item is damaged or defective, the defect must be reported within 72 hours of purchase when purchased in-store and 72 hours within the delivery time stamp when delivered by mail. The customer must contact our customer care via phone or email. A store credit will be issued to repurchase the item.

E-BOOKS - We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for any eBook bought from our website. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within our eBooks, which cannot be returned once they are received.

3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged item/s must be reported within seven (7) days of purchase when purchased in-store. If the order was placed online for pickup, defects or damages must be reported within seven (7) days of the pick-up timestamp noted in our system. Online orders shipped to the customer's address must be reported within seven (7) days of the shipping service delivery time stamp. Apparel must be reported within 72 hours of the purchase/delivery time stamp.

If an exchange is approved via email or phone to be returned in-store, the customer has seven (7) days from the date of approval to return the item in-store. Any attempt to return an item after this time is not accepted.

If an exchange is approved via email or phone to be returned via mail, the customer has seven (7) days from the date of approval to ship the item to our return address. Any items shipped after the 7th day will be rejected at our warehouse and returned to you.

Customers are allowed one replacement of any item within a 30 period. Customers found abusing our policy will be banned from future purchases.

4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once a return shipping label has been processed, the customer has seven (7) days from this date to provide proof of receipt that the items have been returned.

If returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he/she will find out about your return.

6. Errors

  • As all catalogs are subject to misprints and mistakes, we reserve the right to change pricing and make corrections without notice.

Klarna Purchases Return Policy

This policy applies only to orders paid with Klarna. Your standard returns policy remains in place for all other payment methods.

Right to return

You have the right to return eligible items for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns for Klarna purchases include free return postage subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened and unused in original packaging.
  • Lash adhesives, liquids, and any product that has been opened or shows signs of use are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Email Hello@lashprimp.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label if the item qualifies under this policy.
  3. Drop off the parcel within the label validity window.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds for Klarna purchases are issued to Klarna within 14 business days. Klarna will update your statement or issue any refund according to your Klarna agreement.

Fees and exchanges

Restocking fees do not apply to Klarna purchases. Store credit and exchanges do not apply to Klarna purchases. Refunds are to the original Klarna payment method only.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and any product marked non returnable at checkout are not eligible.

Damage or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
