We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new Lash Artist, Salons and Instructors! Here are our terms and conditions on how to shop wholesale.
1. Minimum Order Value
Your wholesale discount is up to 60% of our MSRP price listed.
For first time customers, the minimum order value is $250.
All orders following will require a minimum order value of $500
Each item has a minimum amount that must be ordered, item minimum can be found in the description area.
2. How to place order
- You must fill out an application first. Here's the link to complete the process (Apply Here)
- A Lash Primp representative will review and approve your account, this usually takes 24-48 hours. ( if you do not get a response email us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Once approved you may log into your account to place a order. (Login Here)
- Add all desired items to your shopping cart. (you can update quantity quickly on the shopping cart screen by clicking on the shopping cart)
Make sure you meet the minimum cart balance, $250 for new customers, and $500 forall other customers. ( Your order will not process if the qualifying minimum is not met.)
Submit and pay your order via our website site and choose your shipping. (Depending on the sizeof the order a representative may call to add additional shipping cost.)
That’s it! You’re done! Sit back and let us take care of the rest.
3. MSRP for Lash Primp Products
Products purchased from Lash Primp shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Lash Primp LLC and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive up to 60% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments made through USPS.
A return process must be initiated within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation date. It must be sent in writing via email to email@example.com with invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Lash Primp approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.
Lash Primp accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), Zelle, and Paypal as forms of payment. Please note we reserve the right to request more information regarding your payment method before processing your order.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Please note due to the size and weight of some orders additional shipping cost may be added after the order is placed. The customer will be notified via email or phone to confirm and satisfy the new balance before the order is shipped.
8. Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You must email Lash Primp at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective products. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 3 days after receipt.
9. Delivery Window
Most orders will deliver within 3-5 business days depending on the carrier. Larger orders may require more time; feel free to submit your wholesale order form FIRST via email to check inventory and receive a shipping quote before placing orders online. Forms can be requested and sent to ShopLashPrimp@gmail.com.
Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-orders please inform us. Back Orders will be shipped on the same terms outlined in the shipping section above.
11. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
13. Drop Ship Policy
Lash Primp will drop to your customer, please speaks with a representative to set up.
